Rose Quartz Gua Sha, The Little Wing

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese treatment and from Chinese culture that can be used to lift and sculpt the skin, reduce fine lines, lift and tone the face, oxygenate the skin, stimulate blood circulation, help drain sinuses and puffiness, and aids in increased production of collagen and elastin. It also helps with lymphatic drainage, detoxifying the skin, and improving uneven skin tone.

When done correctly, Gua Sha can reduce dark circles and bags under the eyes and reduce wrinkles.
Make sure to always use a serum or crème and ensure the face is hydrated.

Move outwards beginning at the checks, gently up the neck and in a lateral and upward motion on the face.

Hold the Gua Sha tool at a 15-30 degree angle and use curves of the tool for each area of the face. The groove is perfect for the jaw and cheekbone, the small curves at the top for under the eyes and around the lip. Large curves are great for chest, neck and sides of the face. The bottom curve is perfect for the forehead, sides of the neck and hairline.

Gua Sha tools can be stored in the refrigerator or warmed to help reduce under eye puffiness in the morning.
Rose Quartz Gua Sha varies in color and tip shape. The Little Wing  is easy to hold and the tip is excellent for acupressure and hard to reach areas.
